I show you why you remove RED Plug for 5 Needle Keurig My K-Cup Universal Reusable Filter MultiStream Technology https://amzn.to/3DlUWNu I brew a cup of coffee with the Keurig K Supreme plus smart coffee maker with the Red thingy or Plug installed and with it removed. With the red plug or stopper installed the Reusable k Cup leaked water. I remove my red plug and it works great. The instructions do not tell you if you should remove it or leave it installed.
