Espresso workflow Delonghi EC 685

New beans and on the best way to the perfect doubleshot. Collecting for this one took more than 50 s, but was tasty nevertheless! 🙂 Seems to be fine for a double shot. Get the mods from the links in the description.

Coffee was an Arabica:Robusta blend, 60:40.

Gear used:
– Coffee machine: DeLonghi EC 685
– Grinder: Graef CM 702
– Tamper 51 mm
– LatteArt tool for distributing coffee
– micro scale

Modifications on EC 685:
+ sawed original portafilter to bottomless/naked
+ Tidaka Bullet V2
+ Graef sieves
