Hi guys, today I'll be reviewing Brazil Pulped Natural from Zelkova Coffee. This one was very interesting. First I was not really able to get much acidity or bitterness, but as time passed by I got both, but more and more of the acidity.
The fragrance was very interesting as well, the most striking aroma was that of some fermented sweet fruit.
If you're looking for something adventurous, interesting and delicious at the same time then this might be it ;)
今日はゼルコバコーヒーのブラジルパルプドナチュラルをいただきました。香りは発酵したフルーツの甘い匂いが印象的でした。面白かったのは味です。最初は酸味がほとんどなく、苦もちょっとしたか感じられなく、時間が経つにつれてどんどん甘みが増して行って丸い酸味が目立つようになりました。冒険心のある人はこれはとても面白いと思います。でも本当に美味しいです。
