I have the same unit.
I find that it works great.
It can be used for anything that needs hot water
Coffee, Tea, Hot chocolate, Oatmeal, noodles etc
I have found that the people who have problems with this type of brewers,
don’t read the manual.
You have to use mineral free water or the unit will clog up.
The manual actually tells you to use bottled water.
The other issue is that people don’t understand how large a cup is.
They don’t mean the largest thing you can fit under it.
They mean 8 ounces.
If you are using a travel mug that is normally 16 ounces or more.
You will need to use 1 k-cup for every 8 ounces.
If you want it really strong then you use 1 k-cup for every 6 ounces
If you want it weak then use 1 k-cup for each 10 ounces.
It’s kind of funny that the usage instructions are also on k-cup packages
You can also use loose coffee or tea by using an Ekobrew reusable k-cup
filter . (There are versions made by other companies also)
The only knock I have against the mr Coffee brewer is that it doesn’t have
a on/off switch
You have to set the unit to auto shutoff in 2 hours.
With that said.
For the price (cheaper than a keurig mini) nothing comes close
Michael, which model is that? The one that I always see only has the 8oz
setting?
Nice video, very helpful! What brand of re-useable k-cups do you use for
this machine? Thanks!
What do I do about the coffee grounds settling in my coffee cup.
What model is that cuz I’ve seen the ones with the little reservoir on top?
awesome review
thanks! great video!
thank you great video
I heard that this product had a lot of recalls. It looks great and is
cheaper than the regular keurig models. I just want to know did Mr Coffee
fix the problems with this model because I was thinking about purchasing
it..
I just got my brewer today. Im still flying on a caffeine buzz. Use the 6
oz for a “kicker”
