Highest art of coffee brewing requires proper water temperatures between
195–202F at brew time. What portable water container do you recommend that
can maintain such temperatures on the go? Or do you expect the coffee
aficionado to take liberties and accept the inferior coffee that will be
produced on the go at considerably lower temperatures?

I have some doubts that this can reach the proper temperature/pressure for
an espresso.
Hi, regarding temperature and pressure. The Nomad does brew at 90 C
measured in the coffee grounds and produces an espresso shot at 70 C
measured in the cup. It also produces a true 9 bars of pressure (or higher
if desired) which is displayed on the pressure gauge. For more details
