The pre-infusion process is the same across both machines. The have the
same brew head.
I see a Silvia on the far right. I’ve had mine for about 7 years now. I
figure it’s paid for it self about 6 times over. Still going strong.
How does the Brewtus IV-R preinfusion differ from the III-R, when they both
rely on line pressure? Also, the E61 is a patented design, so has this part
actually been changed from previous models?
