hi, did you check the level of the surface? i encountered something like
that before but it was because the machine was a bit tilted. by the way how
do you like the espresso?
Hey. I just got one of these for Christmas. I already took one back because
it wasn’t heating my coffee to a hot temperature. I got a new one and it
still doesn’t heat it! The instructions say that it’s suppose to stop
blinking once it heated up. I tried to leave it one, thought maybe there’s
a flaw with the light but it automatically shuts off after a bit. You’ve
had luck so please help me if you can! I appreciate it. P.S My head doesn’t
divide coffee equally either, left side makes more.
ive noticed some, although the level sometimes matter, but then most of it
is the tamp, it says not to tamp, but by theory if you dont tamp properly
you will have problems basically you will notice if you have a naked
portafilter. i will load a video on this, as when i preheat my glasses i
get equal water for both but then loaded with grind then prob comes in
@Rachel2424able im using rowenta silver art same as this only difference is
that it doesnt have the 1 cup 2 cup markers on the head but just the
maximum to the right thing to tamp the grounds. i was able to solve mine
with the level but perhaps the tamp will affect as distribution of the
water is affect with the tamp. for the heating, it depends on what water
you are putting, normally cold water heats longer than tap water, blinking
stops when its ready, stop meaning steady light not turned off
Yep, this espresso machine is a joke! Never get good crema, and two
espressos flow time is like 40sec to 80sec and it should be max 30seconds!
So wtf…. And milk steamer is pushing too much air in foam…
Rachel-my espresso doesn’t get as hot as at my nearest premium coffee
house. even though this is my second machine. The first did not heat up the
water nearly high enough. This one is a bit better. I can do nothing about
the differences in level between the two cups though I’ve tried everything.
It froths much better than the first machine. I should have sprung for the
Rancilio Silva…a few hundred more, but a MUCH better machine in all
likelihood.
