Yes, you can pull a shot as you steam milk because this machine has dual
boilers.
Rocket did not want to ruin the looks of the machine by having the display
mounted to the machine. Rocket does not provide a way to attach the
controller onto the machine but it is easy to attach it, make your
adjustments and then remove it.
just want to say that PID is not the display, its the controller; stands
for proportional integral derivative.
Can the PID be attached all the time so it can display brew and steam
temperature?
