Seattle Coffee Gear says:

@Pierre McI – It’s an automated descaling cycle; you put the solution in
the reservoir and then it prompts you through the process.

Keith Benedict says:

I’m trying to decide between the Intuita and the Xsmall. In the Xsmall
review, you stated that 10 grams of beans are used for each shot. In the
Intuita, how many grams do each of the Aroma settings use? Is the brew
strength of the strongest on the Intuita the same as the brew strength of
the Xsmall?

Good machine , just bought one at Costco for $399 !

could you please help me to choose between this Saeco intuita & Delonghi EC
860

which best in temperature , taste , quality faster

rapbellarmine says:

Hi, I’m choosing between the saeco xsmall and the intuita. I’m just
wondering if the upgrade from the xsmall to the intuita is worth it. I
really don’t know much about these espresso machines since this will be my
first time to buy one. If you could give me more information to help me
choose, that would be great. 🙂 Thanks!

Myriam Rodriguez says:

Is the best presentation about Intuita. even if you’ve forget many détails.
The french presentation of Intuita is very light-I have many problems with
my Saeco, I don’t know how to have a cup of coffee directly, without a
little water before, As you say, it need to push 2 times on….. I’ll try
.Many thanks,,,ah! just one word: if the interviewer could stop to talk and
laugh it would be better.

Seattle Coffee Gear says:

Yup – we just shot it on Friday; it will post next week. – Kat

WizardBartender says:

he probado Nespresso y todos los blends son deliciosos. Existen algunos
blends para maquinas espresso de 15 bars que se parezcan? O el secreto de
Nespresso radica en alguna otra cosa que viene en la capsula aparte del
café?

Seattle Coffee Gear says:

Hablo un poco; tienes preguntas? – Kat

Andrew Dickinson says:

It’s posting Monday morning – Kat

imgingi says:

Love the videos Gail… a suggestion… maybe it’s worthwhile mentioning if
the plastic in the water contain is BPA free? I found that on my machine
(Cuisinart) it’s not, and since it warms frequently, I think it’s extra
important. Just suggesting…

Seattle Coffee Gear says:

It’s pretty cool! I dig how simple and easy to use it is 🙂 – Kat

Seattle Coffee Gear says:

Thank you!! Great to hear 🙂 – Kat

andy79mkm says:

is it normal that water comes out when you turn on and off your machine?
does it happen to anyone else?

Seattle Coffee Gear says:

Nope! Philips still owns Saeco; they just seem to be going back and forth
with how they brand these machines (not sure why) – Kat

sadfsheygrv says:

I thought it was saeco phillips? did that change?

Seattle Coffee Gear says:

BPA-free only applies to clear plastics, and these tanks from Saeco are
BPA-free. – Kat

WizardBartender says:

im from argentine. i loveeee your videos!!! i loveeee coffeeee! Poemia
machine can make delicious coffee as a Nespresso? I mind, or Nespresso as
unique in coffe service? i dont speak good english.. jejeje

Seattle Coffee Gear says:

Es sobre todo el café que se utilizan y la forma en que se combinan.
Además, Nespresso cuenta con tecnología especial para su extracción
espresso, por lo que podrían jugar un papel. No es realmente acerca de la
bomba. – Kat

Seattle Coffee Gear says:

It does a rinse cycle when it comes on and then when you turn it off, so
this is normal. – Kat

Systeck Zockt says:

great machine and great video

WizardBartender says:

Seattle Coffee Gear says:

No hay diferencias, estas bombas inician la toma y luego se depositan en 9
BAR de presión (que es ideal para la extracción de tiro). Lo siento por mi
español 🙂 – Kat
