I’m not sure if i’m diggin’ the steam lever. Reminds me of a toilet flush
lever.. lol
This is actually very similar to other traditional machines; steaming milk
just takes a little practice and then your concerns are moot at that point.

Wish I could afford this!
I actually would not buy it to cafe or for home use, because the steam
wands do not stop instantly and you could possibly make the milk too hot or
get into milk small bubbles, wich are pretty ugly and annoying. Sorry for
my grammar, english is not my first language.
