I would like to know how you build the drawer with all the capsules, I LOVE
that!!!!
How did the Lattissima unit work for you over time?, I read a ton of
negative reviews in amazon about this machine breaking after 1 to 4 weeks,
no refunds and terrible customer service.
Love your display and inventory. Wish we had someplace similar here in
Puerto Rico.
From what I understand, the Tassimo is more versatile than the Nespresso;
the latter simply does different forms of espresso and doesn’t do any
milk-based production via capsule. – Kat
What’s your budget? How much work do you want to do to make your drink? –
Kat
how much does 50 cups cost? shipping included.
The steaming/frothing is probably slightly better from the Aeroccino than
from the steam wand of a Nespresso, but the steam wand is comparable to any
panarello that you would find on a superauto. The taste will not be an
issue between models because you are using all the same brewing components,
just in a different case, and the same capsules. -Kaylie
Yes! – Kat
Yeah, they definitely need to be up your alley 🙂 – Kat
Gail’s very expressive with her eye brows LOL.
Hi Kat, I am tempted on buying one for my nephew since he did so well in
his exams. Does the Aerocino work better or the steaming wand for frothing
milk? There is a big price difference between the coffee machine range,
would the taste of the coffee be different between the models? I understand
that paying more isn’t always going to give a person an individual better
tasting coffee since taste is subjective. Thanks in advance, S
Happy to help! Yeah, the different versions are really just case
differences for the most part, other than the Maestria having a steam arm &
the Gran Maestria having an Aeroccino and cup warmer. -Kaylie
You can actually flip the “cup holder” up to fit a larger cups on the pixie
as well. Thanks for another great video!
quality wise the nespresso is like Godzilla where as tassimo is a
building…. that Godzilla just walked through. convenience wise the
tassimo may come on top. price the tassimo will be cheaper. but you have to
remember. nespresso has been around since the 70’s. quality over quantity.
Oh man only if I could combine the Pixie and my Rancilio Silvia and have
the small size of Pixie and quality of shots from the Silvia. Couldn’t
imagine putting something like Rocket,Nuova Simonelli or machines like that
in my little kitchen. I even had to buy a special side table to fit in the
Silvia+Nuova Simonelli MCF grinder.
brought a caffitaly liked the coffee
Hey your reviews are excellent and makes me wish we had something like your
store where I live in Long Island. Just wanted to ask a question. I already
Have a Tassimo T65 and Keurig B160 I think. Is there anything the Nespresso
has that the Tassimo can’t offer? Tassimo is my fav of the two and has some
really awesome crema’s and latte’s. I like expresso, coffee and cappuccino.
Thanks in advance.
We don’t carry this model but we are looking into the possibility … – Kat
Thanks Kaylie, that is interesting about the machines having same brewing
components. Very interesting indeed considering the price difference
between the different models.
please review the Zenius.
Well, a great machine is the Rancilio Silvia but you’ll need to get a good
grinder to use it. If you can’t swing a grinder in addition to the machine,
the Saeco semi-auto machines are awesome (Via Venezia, Aroma, Poemia, etc.)
– Kat
We’ve got one – if you search for Lattissima on our channel, you’ll see it
– Kat
Unfortunately, it would seem that the Zenius is not available in the US.
-Kaylie
Hahaha – yes she is 🙂 – Kat
ok! the pods are 65c i drink 3 cups of coffe a day , its not cost
effective. OK kat yure espresso machine is broken , u have to buy a new
machine wish one u go for?.. thanks
Sounds good! – Kat
The only real difference is going to be how they produce the milk … the
aeroccino on the GM will get tighter foam, but it won’t be a one-touch
experience. – Kat
ive seen these in the flesh in an upmarket department shop, they are very
well made, but as you said, the capsules are a let down (plus these
machines were super expensive when i got my DG lol)
