@SeattleCoffeeGear I could always send you this one to play with πŸ˜‰ Got it
for $50 and took it apart and lubed the seals yada yada and when I was
taking it apart a large oring seal fell out and now instead of running
water through the grounds it runs water straight into the drip tray. Funny
though, the brew head (?), compression mechanism looks just like the one in
your video…

Seattle Coffee Gear says:

@glukometr2 well, at least it’s a *little* more clear πŸ˜‰ – Kat

Seattle Coffee Gear says:

@n8yrn Interesting! If we could get parts that would be cool; if you’re
going to trash it definitely send it to us and we can poke around in it
before we recycle it. – Kat

martabiela says:

You should make a cristal case for it πŸ™‚ so anybody could watch it working
“naked” all the time…

You two crack me up. Very funny and informative. Thanks!

Seattle Coffee Gear says:

@n8yrn I wish we could! Jura Capresso runs a closed service/repair shop in
the US so we don’t repair these and, therefore, don’t know what could be
causing issues. We dig their machines and wish we could repair….we always
hope, of course πŸ˜€ – Kat

glukometr2 says:

now all is totally clear πŸ˜‰ Thank you! πŸ™‚

Nice job ladies.!! Us guys just love to see what’s “under the skirt” so to
speak.

n8yrn says:

So, where are the plans to make my own wet tee shirt espresso sprayer???
Seriously, since you are now the expert on how these super autos work, can
you help me diagnose why water is spraying out the wrong spot on my
Capresso C1000? Mine does not squirt out the front… Or give me a handy
stirring stick.

Seattle Coffee Gear says:

@watcherjohnny ha – I like that! Glad you enjoyed it πŸ™‚ – Kat

Seattle Coffee Gear says:

@martabiela Good idea! Although the techs say that it will get all steamy
inside so you probably won’t be able to see much anyway πŸ™ – Kat
