connects to the actual machine. am I not tightening the nut strong enough?

thank you again, because of this video, my Musica has been rescued from
sucking the milk to boiler ๐Ÿ™‚ my anti suction valve was making that sound
and I send it to repair and they confirm it need replace, thank you again ๐Ÿ™‚

valve make that sound only once after I tune it one like 2 mints before it
start to get hot, I thought this is how the air go out of the boiler now I
am confuse, should be make sound once or shouldn’t make any sound at all
