How would you proceed for a big comercial espresso machine, like one with 3
group heads? (those are big!) Or is it a incoming video? 😉

do you guys stock map coffee capsule machines?

Seattle Coffee Gear says:

The final in the series posts tomorrow and it’s with a dual boiler. It
really depends on the internals of your commercial machine; if it’s a
machine with separate brew and steam boilers, then you’ll need to follow
the process similar to a dual boiler; if it’s an Hx, follow this process —
just focusing on each separate steam wand/water spigot and brew head. Since
these machines are most often freighted, not much of a concern re: tipping
while shipping, but the water will weigh a lot 🙂 – Kat
