I purchased this machine three years ago.Worst machine I ever bought.With
the fineness of grind it takes about ten seconds and lousy espresso shot
.Steaming is a no no utter useless.After 6 months trying all different
coffee types and grind .The pods are not the best either ,gave up .it is
now in the garage with all the other non starters.Bugatti casa would not
reply to emails .Using a Delonghi which was 6 time cheaper than bugatti
diva
That is a pretty lousy esspresso. The extraction time of an esspresso
should be about 26 seconds. So either this machine is mental, or more
likely, the grind is way too course. I find this a very prety machine so I
was wondering if it can pull a good esspresso shot.
