Simple Coffee Shake
This is about as simple as it gets – just combine a mug of cold coffee, a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a dash of chocolate syrup in a blender, mix and serve for a wicked treat on those hot summer days.
Try it with your other favourite flavoured syrups too.
Amaretto Coffee Recipe
All you need for this is one measure of Amaretto Almond Liqueur, a double-shot espresso and some cream to taste. Just pour your amaretto into your cup, add the freshly brewed espresso and either mix in a dash of cream or top the drink with some whipped cream. Simple and delicious.

If you are used to making latte’s and cappuccino’s with your home espresso machine, then this will be a cinch. Instead of using regular frothed milk for your coffee, use 2 parts Eggnog to 1 part milk before frothing as usual.
Hold back the foam as you pour the frothed milk/eggnog onto your espresso, before letting it slide out onto the top of your drink at the end. Sprinkle some grated nutmeg on top for a perfect winter warmer!
Get a coffee with a Caribbean twist, by mixing a half-measure each of dark rum and coffee liqueur before adding in an espresso shot.
