My buddy Chris Riley asked me if I had any left over liquid nitrogen on text. Turns out I actually did from a live show (we were doing liquid nitrogen super cloud for Comic-Con)
He told me about this new method of making coffee with liquid nitrogen that won a guy named Kyle first place in a coffee competition.
So of course I had to try it out for myself.
Turns out… it really does make a difference. The liquid nitrogen super freezes the bean allowing for a more consistent grind. This then translates as a richer, more flavorful cup of coffee.
Watch as I test this theory with a control group of coffee and a sample test group (my girlfriend and her roommate Adrienne)
